This is an extra small pink t-shirt by Dog Apparel. It has two hearts done in little studs on the top. This is an adorable shirt for any little dog. It is almost 7" long from the neck to the middle of the back. The neck opening itself is about 9". Dog clothes are like human clothes and different brands fit different ways.
