YES, IT IS NEW AND SEALED-(the open pics are from my own pallet. The last pic I got from google to show how identical the shadows are to the name brand shadows only.
These eyeshadows are pigmented and very vibrant when you use a primer or base

I am not a makeup snob. I use any eyeshadow that is vibrant, blends well, and works for me or clients. If you want something like MAC, Urban decay, or Sephora brands please pass this up. I do not have time for insulting comments such as "This is not department store eyeshadow. A nice neutral pallet. I use this on a semi-daly basis. If you are the type of bidder who buys and says "It is low quality" please pass me by. I have never said it was department store eyeshadow. If you are someone that complains and compares please pass this up. I want to send out the remaining items I have before I leave.

Due to the fact I am leaving the country I will ship this item on Tuesday. I will contact you after I mail out your package with a tracking number. I will track the package all the way until it says DELIVERED on the usps website. If you need something in 24 hours then sorry, I cannot do that. All of auctions will get a tracking number. I also take pictures before I sent out, after wrapping, and at the post office. Again, I am not responsible for what the post office handles packages.

the last picture I found on Google to show how similar the colors are to the high end brand M@C. I have the M@C colors and IN MY OWN OPINION they seem similar.
