It is pretty easy to accept funds through paypal - I was nervous the 1st time I did it too. So does this mean you are willing to ship? You can calculate shipping a few ways. The Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box costs nothing & the shipping is $4.95 this would be the fastest & with some bubble wrap the safest method. Add 70cents for delivery confirmation

You can also use your own box & ship regular snail mail which would add a few days (2-3) and save you less than a dollar.

You set up your pay pal act with a checking act 1st then when you receive funds it sits in your "paypal bank" you can choose to auto xfer the funds to your checking act or hang on to it & let it accumulate as a credit. U will have a withdraw link at the top of your account page & choose transfer to bank account. The nice thing is that you will have a receipt for the funds being paid and if you ever have an issue you have paypal to back it up - Through the mail anything can happen.

even better is you can keep these funds (paypal) separate from your personal funds & hang on to that "paypal bank act" & when you shop on ebay or here you can use the funds there. Well that is what I do anyway. Its my mad money. You may choose to just transfer it though. Paypal does get a stipend of a couple of cents but for the ease of use and security & speed.... Totally worth it.

I hope you reorted your 'mental' neighbor to police and filed a report for damaging your property. You should also advise your landlord if that tenant is violent and lives in the same building. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE!
