FREE: very old Vintage Catholic Medal made in Italy, Engraved Prayer~nice condition!

The listing, very old Vintage Catholic Medal made in Italy, Engraved Prayer~nice condition! has ended.

You are looking at an older, definitely Vintage Catholic Medal Pendant in nice shape! Made in Italy, there are a few tiny markings, that I cannot make out, even with higher magnification. I did try! Unique, that the letters, prayer that are around Mary are very visible.

I believe it to be either Silver-plated or Pewter, I cannot say for sure.
It is not light, weighs about 7gm
Rectangular in shape, with the exception of slight curves which angle out a bit below the middle of Medal.
Has it's own small box shaped bail.

On the lower front, left is The Blessed Virgin Mary, and written around it, is the beautiful prayer, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee."
Please correct me if I am wrong, to the right it looks to be Saint Anthony. Above Mary, is a smaller-(3d) the Saints, etc stand out beautifully! of..The Sacred Heart of Jesus. Next to it, I am thinking St. Christopher.

From what I remember, this Medal was from a vision St Catherine had of Mary.

On the back, is a beautiful Jesus~Infant of Prague, at the top, lovely Saints(i don't want to guess) with the Baby Jesus.
And, lower right, I believe is the part of the Vision St. Catherine saw, a Cross with a bar at its feet with which was intertwined an "M." Beneath the "M" were the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
This is a beautiful Pendant, Medal.
It measures: 1 6/8" in height and 14/16" at it's widest.
