Yes, that is how it works! I found myself with a coupe extra of these which is why I am auctioning this one off. Then I use the credits to buy things i want. I offer free shipping because 1. It generates more bids and 2. I try to still k to auctions that also offer free shipping because I feel it all kind of evens out.

The mouse works. I'm not sure what you mean by "great".
it's ordinary and does what its supposed to. In like new condition.

Depends on how much you use it, if you remember to turn it off when you're not using it. I think I replace mine 3 maybe 4 times a year.
