The listing, Sue's Cosmo Seeds has ended.
I have huge bags of cosmo seeds that I have cultivated from cosmos in my yard. I have many variations of purple, white and a rarer dark purple. I will fill a zipper sandwich size plastic bag with seeds-hundreds!
-They do best in direct sunshine and good water. They are considered annuals but the seeds fall and new flowers come up every year. Year 13 for me!
- They can grow over 5ft tall with excellent water.
-During hot dry weather, only 2-3 feet tall.
-They are VERY hardy(with good water supply) can be windblown, bent, mowed over, re-planted and they survive.
-Birds love the seeds
-Bees LOVE them and butterflies too!
They can be planted early Spring, start popping up in May, look like weeds.
-Full bloom from Mid July thru September
-Flower till the first hard frost
Enjoy!
