Elegantly simple...This is a stunning emerald-cut pale blue topaz with plenty of fire. The stone is elegantly set in 18k white gold plated sterling silver. It is marked 925 as seen in the last 2 pics.

The stone itself is sizable....18mm x 12mm. It is a gorgeous almost aquamarine blue...but brighter.

Is this ring able to be resized, like if you took it to a jeweler? My engagemen ring got stolen and this would make a beautiful replacement, but I have very thin fingers.

It is gold plated so would make re-sizing a challenge. You would need to contact a reputable jeweler to check to see if it's possible and what the cost would be.
