1.As per Listia's rules, I only ship to verified Listia address. You have 7 days to send me the shipping address. If you do not send by the 7th day, you then give up your right to the item & your credits. Please have your address saved before bidding. I am allowed up to 7 days to ship out items once the bid has ended. I usually ship out within 1-3 days after auction has ended. I only give delivery confirmation if you pay for it. My proof of mail for Listia Moderator will be a mail receipt & photo of mailed item.

3. Sorry I will NOT refund credits for accidental bidding. Also if no response I keep the credits and re-list the item. If you have any questions about the items please leave a comment & I will do my best to answer it quickly and to the best of my knowledge.

4. When there is a shipping charge, I accept PayPal only. Please read the auction details. I will NOT ship to addresses sent through regular email. I usually ship first class mail & First class mail weight limit is 13 ounces. Unless If the item is small enough for envelope with a stamp (eg. pokemon cards, stickers).
