This phone works great has a little wear at the top where your ear goes...you will have to put your sim card in and call tmobile to unlock the pin code which should be free...overall great phone and its a touch screen with gps...

yes it has a pin code u have to enter but all u have to do is call T-Mobile and they can give it to u.
