This little girls knit green and pale yellow striped cape/shawl is very cute. I didn't make this shawl and there was no size tag on it, but the measurements for it are 17"neck, 19" long and 55" at bottom edge. It also has ties at the neck. It just wouldn't fit my granddaughter who is 9, maybe up to a 5 year old?
