Is it refurbished? Reason I ask is...

I was told by customer service reps at AT&T that the phone has a tendency to get hot in the screen area, and even caught fire a couple of times. Guess the quickfire wasn't such a good name for it...
It's been recalled.

If it was purchased as refurbished, then it's been fixed from problems. If it hasn't then it's at risk. If your the orginal buyer, and it was new...you can get it refurbished. But it would have to be done by original owner. Free of charge to repair it bc it was recalled by company.

Your welcome :) I always try to read up on items before bidding, just so I can know specs & etc. alot of times at&t jumps to release phones...before completely checking them out first. Big inconvenience for long time customers.

Ah yeah I remember this phone. It was notorious for catching on fire. Was recalled.
