It's sata for sure cuz in picture with his acct name it has the l like shaped connection that sata plug has and from my PC knowledge almost all desktop hard drives were 7,200 rpms !! But I'm not fully 110 % sure if this drive is 7,200 but I'm 110 % sure it's sata interface !!
