This is Like new..swiped once to put eye shadow on a plastic mannequin I use for a ministry project where we open a clothing boutique and I dress her once a month and use a different color on her to match whatever outfit. This was never used on a human and was touched with a Q-Tip. If you do not like this please do not bid but rude comments will not be tolerated either.
