Hi there, do you happen to know or does it say on the tag what size dog this will fit in pounds, or could you give a measurement in inches? Also, do you only do Paypal or would you accept concealed cash? Thanks!

It doesn't mention weight, but it does say that breeds such as the Pekingese, Pomeranian, Basenji and the Silky Terrier are appropriate for this item.
The measurements are 12'' neck to tail, 10'' diameter neck opening, and 6'' shoulder to shoulder across the back. My Boston Terrier did not fit in this sweater.
I would much prefer paypal for the payment, if necessary, I would take concealed cash, however I will not ship until I receive the payment.
