Pretty plus sized sun dress from Target sized 1. It is multicolored with blue, purple, green and yellow spots. Very cute but not very stretchy up top.

Yes, it would fit an XL. Target labels their plus size clothing differently.

The dress is about 30 inches long and the top is 32 inches around. There is a little bit of elastic under the bodice. The dress is %100 rayon.
