@enrique.. Because it is a harder to find game, and the fact that it is very collectable (has doubled within a year) plus the fact that not as many were made = rare.

I agree, this game got its pricing way up on eBay. It reach to $60 and up. I was like "dang, this game is expensive!", so I list the game here because I want an IPod touch 16GB or higher, cuz I have an 8GB 4th gen and it's not enough to save anything. :/

The game is not that rare,its pricey because it was not meant for kids to play it. Its an adult themed game and within 1 year of release,the N64 was discontinued. It sells for more if it was with the original box and manual
