This is one of 7 fitness DVD’s that were acquired at an estate sale this past weekend (no case). I do not know much about these other than what the label has on them and that they play perfectly with no signs of damage at all. I am sure more information can be found on each DVD on the internet if you do a quick search on it. If anyone would like more than 1 of these, please view my other auctions for the listings of the other DVDs and we can combine shipping at $1.00 for each additional DVD shipped at the same time. Shipping will be $2.65 to the US through PayPal only which includes protective packaging and tracking. No international or free shipping. Please don't waste your time asking for free shipping on this item. We are giving this away but don't expect for us to absorb the cost of shipping materials and shipping cost to get it to you.
