It does have a 2005 date on the ball but the ball is still in it's clear plastic bag, has not been opened, never been displayed or played with.

The baseball measures around 2-1/2" to 3" in diameter. It's not very easy to measure accurately since it is round.

All the items in my auctions come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please take a good close look at all the pictures. You are getting it as shown on the photos and I tried to describe it the best possible way as I can. I do not accept returns.
