Description

The listing, Grafting Knife - Vintage 40's to 50's - Still Sharp has ended.

Dad's first grafting knife when he was a kid. As you can see from the closed pic it has been sharpened MANY times. Some rusting on it from siting in his old grafting box. Still sharp and opens and closes easily.

Brass locking pin

the Google info i found says they have been making knives since 1902. the date on this one is somewhat vague. dad is 80 and doesn't remember exactly when he got it other than "when he was a kid". so that would be 1940-50 sometime.

Just to let everyone know. My dad passed away suddenly this afternoon. Easter would have been his 80th birthday. Shipping this week may be a little slow as i will be helping my mom with arrangements.
