but dear listia would over rule your conditions cause they have rules

pt.1 - Dear, do you have the slightest clue what you are yapping about here? Who doesn't have rules? I certainly do and my rules apply to my auctions, period. If a person isn't willing to accept the terms and conditions of my auction, they should simply kept moving to a different one. Not meaning to sound rude but you seem to have a lot going on here on this site and should probably worry about your own auctions. My terms and conditions are just that, terms and conditions that apply to my auctions. No-one including Listia should even care about (over ruling) my conditions. Mine aren't any different than the same type rules and conditions everyone of us agree to when we sign up on Listia or any other auction site. By the way, I run the legal dept. here and my husband is a practicing attorney. I promise you, I know exactly what I can and can't do on an auction site and I know exactly what will and what won't hold up in any discrepancy. We have dealt with them many, many times and we have never came out on the short end of the stick.

pt.2 - We are simply getting rid of things laying around the house on this site and are not out to make the big bucks here. We do that on other auction sites though and know how to cover our butts in most every on-line situation that may come up. Just because we are covering our butts here on this site, should be of no concern to you. If it is, you should seek help immediately! PS: If you look around this site now, most of the folks that have been listing for a while, and have dealt with the same kind of idiots we have, are doing the same thing. You could stay busy 24/7 if you just want to click around this site harassing the intelligent individuals here. Or you could go back to your auctions and mind your business. Like I say, I'm not trying to be rude but you aren't the first person that has jumped up and thought they needed to get in the middle of our business. Where do you people come from anyway??? Amazing... If you aren't interested in bidding on an auction, please move along, just move along... :-)

i agree jujubean...i've seen luvubear2 all over listia leaving rather rude comment that they should have no worries about. anyway good luck on your auction...i'll be watching

OMG, me too! I posted a link to an orbeez site on my auctions, and luvubear was right there, ready to tell me that I breaking the rules, even though it isn't....I almost wish they would ban him from leaving comments
