Beef and Guinness Irish Stew is a classic dish that gets it's flavor & kick from the traditional Irish beer. The 'don't miss a drop' Guinness Gravy and tender beef combines with chunks of garden veggies to make for a hearty one-pot meal.
I love that this can be 'neglected' on the stove top for a while as you busy yourself learning to Irish step dance...LOL
