I never saw that rule, I honestly just took an estimate of how much it would cost me to ship and put it. I'd do 4$ shipping if it's really a rule haha.

Take it to the post office for maximum shipping fee in the USA.weight determines the shipping fee and that is lighter than a ps2 or ps3 case.

it should fit in a brown envelope with a little padding for around $1.97, could even use like 6/7 stamps to send it that way.
