Note: The phone turns on, but needs a proper sim card for it to load up. I do not think it goes past the "SIM CAR REQUIRED" Screen Unless it has one. Perhaps by taking it to an official dealer. This what not OWNED by me =]

under stand i had one similar before a prepaid sim is all it will need too bad its not ending sooner lol I would love to have it instead of waiting lol i have no patience haha I had 2 before and they broke sadly i prefer them over the smart phones because the quality is so much better

Depends on the size of the sim car. I took a sim card out of phone because I have no idea what kind of content was on it. If you send me a picture or link of your simcard , I can tell you if its the same shape. And it was in fact an AT&T sim card. No Guarantees though..

I already recycled it, I was gonna throw away phone too, but I knew of folks who still used them. You can get one , no hassle online, probably cost you LESS than $5 bux.
