I think this may need some sort of button battery and may light up...was one of my girls from long ago...

There are 2 chips that I can see, one on the shell opening top left area; pretty obvious in the pics, and one on the bottom green ring to the left of the bunny as he's facing you; pretty small but shows as a white spot in pics. I am selling as-is, thought someone might like to make use of it, perhaps fix it up. Please don't ask me what kind of battery it takes as I do not know and do not want to take this apart to find out...that's where the "as-is" comes in. :)
