I think it is silver, I think that is a stamp but my eyes are not the greatest even with glasses. I've had about 15 years got at a sale.the clasp to attach is broken needs some repair. I love the way it feels it is very slinky, I tried to show that in picture. I can not promise but I feel it is silver or maybe silver plated. it has a tarnished look like silver gets. and it does not feel like cheap metal. that is the best I can do to share with you Happy bidding.
