Description

The listing, 1910s-1920s German Advertising Poster Stamps! Stunning Artwork, Neat Collectibles! FREE Ship, MUST C has ended.

Offered for your consideration is this collection of early (1910s-1920s) German advertising poster stamps. Not sure of what they all are advertising for, but I *believe* the Parkett-Rose is some type of soap. The 5 (top row) alike read "Er sei Dein..Glucksstern" which roughly translates to "May this be your Lucky Star"...not advertising pieces per se, but still pretty neat...and old!
All are in excellent condition and will be packaged to arrive that way. Shipping is FREE to the USA & Canada; other international bidders pay cost and must contact me BEFORE bidding.
Thank-You for your interest and Good Luck!! :)
Please, check out my other listings!! Thanks!!

Random Fact:
Nobody knows who built the Taj Mahal. The names of the architects, masons, and designers that have come down to us have all proved to be latter-day inventions, and there is no evidence to indicate who the real creators were.

Hmmm....we may not know who the creators were, but I'd bet a large sum of cash that slaves did the actual work!

And yes, they are stamp size, but a bit larger than current U.S. stamps...would make a nice display if they were matted and framed... :)
