Description

The listing, Mystery Pack of Heirloom Tomatoes! has ended.

This auction is for 50 seeds of an unknown variety of heirloom tomato, that was organically grown in my heirloom garden.

What I mean by this is: I grew only heirloom tomatoes in my garden. When I cleaned the seeds for these tomatoes, I left them on the screen to dry, and then confused two of the screens, and forgot which they were! lol I will include a list of which tomatoes they could be with the winner, that way, when they come up and produce the tomato, hopefully you will be able to look up the different varieties to see which it is. I was going to throw them out since I didn't know which they are, but figured I would offer them up to someone else! I only grow heirlooms, so it is definitely a good and dependable variety or two of tomatoes. My hunch is that they are my family's Japanese heirloom tomato from my grandma, but I can't be sure. Also, her tomato is the only heirloom I grow that I am unsure of the name of the variety. All I know is that my grandma has no idea what the name of the tomato is, just that it is an heirloom Japanese tomato, and it is the only tomato she has grown for 10 years, and it's delicious! If the seeds are not these Japanese ones, which are a pinkish-red, round and almost perfect looking, then they could very well be the Mortgage Lifter Heirloom tomato which is huge, or San Marzano variety, which is an italian sauce tomato, also delicious and looks like a roma. There is also the possibility that they could be the German Pink Tomato heirloom as well, but I truly believe they are the Japanese Pink. Sorry if this is confusing I will answer any questions I can if you ask them : ) Happy Bidding!
