This is an iPod touch 3rd generation 8 gig. Yes it does have a crack on the screen but it does not affect the use of the iPod and it does have a dent in the side but both volume buttons still work. A retractable charger will come with it brand new! Yes I will have free shipping as always. And I will add the tracking number. They made a 3rd gen 8GB but it is the exact same as 2nd gen. The 3rd gen 32/64 are different from the 8gb.

Just a heads up... Apple never made a 3rd gen 8GB but accidentily marked them ALL as that :P This will require a 2nd gen digitizer (The glass on top) if you are going to put a new one on!

It will not have 6.1 it will still be at 4.2.1 but if you win I will tell you a theme to basically make it 6.1

The highest 3rd generation can go is 4.2.1 and it is updated all the way. IOS is basically a version on I devices . And fanned back and good luck!
