You're looking at a BRAND NEW sterling silver heart pendant necklace. The pendant also feature several small .1 carat REAL white diamonds. It will come in the black box you see pictured.

This was a gift to me from my most-recent ex in January. It was given to me less than a week before we broke up and I never wore it. I've only had it for a couple months, so it is a NEW item.
