There are two lip rings that go in the center and curve back around to the lip, and one that curnes off to the side, so the piercing is in middle of the labret, but the bar curves to the side of the lip

i have a monroe, and i think it would be awkward to wear them there... unless you want it to arch around and out of the top of your mouth.. they were meant for the bottom lip.. but idk.. its up to what you like... i just keep reg flat backs in my monroe

so would these work for a labret? I just got my labret pierced and imgonna need new rings. I dont see how these would fit?

yea these are made for lebrets. The left and middle ones, the ball connected to the straight side would go in your lebret then the curved part would come around your lip and the 2nd ball would sit on the top of your bottom lip, and then the curved one (my fav) the ball goes in your lebret, and it curves to the side of your bottom lip..
