I'm not exactly sure, the ribbon in the front {under the bust} will lengthen and shorten to make it a comfortable fit. The site does not list a bust size. I am a d cup and one I have that is similar fits fine with room for expansion. Hope this helps:)

Yes, it probably would. I just know that it is in the larger size for us bigger girls:) I think it may be a little long or gappy (sp?) in the front.
