I can only give you my opinion, so please look at the photos of the front and back covers, and make up your own mind as to their condition because grading is so subjective.

This comic appears to be a VF/NM (9.0) IS IN UN-READ AND BEAUTIFUL CONDITION! Look at the photos. All comics come bagged and boarded.
