... Most of us listians can COMPLETELY understand your position. I have lost points, money on PayPal, recieved negative feedback for nothing... But can I just say nicely that it is almoast a turnoff to read a long disclaimer for a listing?
It makes it seem like we've already filed claims against each other befor I even bid! ..I just don't want you to be losing points because of someone else's wrongdoings ;)

If you win it goes out on Saturday, as for the long description I have read longer on some other auctions and it's sad that I have to have it so long but I got tired of being screwed by people that were untrustworthy when I first started it was just description of item and now I have to put this.
