I think It's the shipping thing....New users who charge 'exact' shipping rarely send the items, so people get skeptical. you would get a lot more bids offering free shipping, or putting a set amount at very minimum and offering up a way to pay such as 'I accept paypal and am PayPal verified' so people feel more protected.

no problem....it works out offering free shipping on your first few, that is how I started, and now I offer it on everything because of the difference in credits you get, you can win more stuff so it actually doesnt hurt to spend a few bucks here or there...a DVD/blu ray usually costs between $2-3 for up to 2 in a mailer, and after that ship media mail and sell larger lots....cost me $5 media mail to send 45 DVDs in cases. and now you have your first bid too :p
