what is this made out of? Is it just painted on or is the whole thing fabric covering over a plastic wipes holder? it's cute! but I am wondering how durable it is (will the design come off easily?) please let me know!! thanks ^_^v

I would have to say that they hold up pretty well. I har ha mine for over a month & considering my little girl is super distructive. It is fabric all the way around.
