what would I do with it with my phone?I dont think I .have anything else thats bluetooth RIGHT NOW, but I am VERY interested

I personally don't have a bluetooth enabled phone, so I am not entirely sure, but this would work with anything that uses bluetooth. It also depends on the phone itself and what the phone is supposed to be able to do over bluetooth. Often, smartphones are capable of sending and receiving files from your computer over bluetooth.
