mp3 player, digital voice recorder, 128mb. Multi Codec Support (mp1, mp2, mp3, wma, wmv, asf and wav formats), FM Function, Record 9saves in wav or act formats, 7 preset EQ, GUI menu and more. Requires 1 AAA baattery, I'll include 2 energizer batteries cuase I'm a nice guy. :)

No, it is pretty easy, comes with manual and driver cd, just install cd them plug player in to start copying files. You don't really even need to install the cd and it will still work fine.
