This is a Liz Claiborne Bracelet NWT. It is 9" around unstretched and is 12-13" stretched. It is Sterling Silver, but not marked. It has 35 beautiful crystals or stones in all. This would go with any dressy outfit or even with jeans. It does not stick to a magnet!
