New and completely SEALED in plastic wrap. Straight from Universal Studios in Orlando, FL.

Just like Harry, Hermione, and Ron enjoyed Chocolate Frogs on the Hogwarts Express, you too, can indulge in the sweet chocolate flavor! Complete with a "moving" picture card of a famous Wizard or Witch!!!

NOTE ABOUT POSSIBLE MELTING - I will not be held responsible for MELTING. It's only 65 - 75 here so it didn't melt while I had it - plus I opened one today and it was not melted at all. I will write on the box to KEEP IN COOL LOCATION, but FedEx may not listen.

The intent of the item is something to be collected rather than eaten so I assume it's fine to keep listed. I've forwarded this auction to another moderator to make sure this is the case. In the meantime, I've removed the bit in your description that mentions eating before the expiration date (since if it remains listed, it shouldn't be for eating).

It really is and its BIG. lol! I wrote to Listia and am still waiting on word to see if this auction is even allowed. Its not a baked good or something I made, but it COULD be considered food so I may have to pull it down. We'll see.

Fingers crossed, you're right! I bought this one to specifically share it here and then saw that the rules weren't as clear as they should be. Oh, well, if I have to take it down, I could always keep the chocolate for myself and then list the "magic" trading photo card inside. :o)

Good luck, hon, for you and your girlfriend! Depending on how well this does, I may list another but not until after Christmas. My parents go to Disney/Universal FOUR times a year - their Anniversary, Memorial Day Weekend, New Year's and 2 weeks in July EVERY YEAR. I swear that is the ONLY reason they have debt! lol!

If anyone's planning a trip to Disney, THEY are the ones to ask on how to go for really cheap! lol! :o)

Hi, which country are you asking about? Right now I only ship to Canada which states above that its free> but its way too expensive to ship FedEx to Canada so I still ship USPS. But I have no idea if customs will allow Chocolate even IF its considered a collectible. If someone wants to win this that is Canadian, they might want to check with their post office first. Hope this answered your question! :o)
