As a Master Gardener with the University of Wisconsin, it is just as important to me to be able to preserve my beautiful heirloom tomatoes, as well as to grow them. I LOVE the orange and yellow tomatoes and it is difficult to find safe canning recipes that let the beautiful colors and flavor of these really shine.

There are 5 full color photographs that accompany this step-by-step hot-water-bath canning recipe. There is also the chunky salsa version, the blended version, as well as a mild, medium, and hot variation included.
