ADORABLE Hello Kitty Twirl Skirt with 4 tiers of tulle sparkle ruffles. See pictures! SUper cute for a 2 year old to a 3 or four year old. The waisline without stretching is 17 inches in circumference, but stretches to a comfortable 24 inches. So the tag does say 2 T, but there is room to grow with this cute little skirt!

Colors are: black, bright pink, soft orange with sparkly sequins on all of the fabrics. The bow on the front is black and the Hello Kitty Medallion on the front is sparkly light pink with a dark pink bow.
