Very nice velvety smooth case with foldout describing each episode. Nice Pics, spread over 2 discs with some special features.

Based on the James Cain novel and a remake of the 1945 mivie with Joan Crawford. Mildred is a struggling single mother in Depression era LA determined to meet to demands of her spolied daughter, succeed in business, and live with the betrayal of her lovers.

I missed it on HBO so I got the set and watched it over a rainy weekend. I thought it was very enjoyable, and I loved the clothes!

Set is used but very good condition, no flaws to speak of.
