You are too new to be able to GIN. I you have to get 10 or 20 positive feedbacks before you can do GIN. When you are posting an auction at the bottom of the page to the left it has a bottom you can click on for more options. Some where on the listing page in faint gray it will say something about Get It Now(GIN) when it turns to black is when you can offer GIN.
When you have time look at all the different sterling rings and see what they are going for. This ring is most likely going to go for well over 5,000.
Just remember you are paying for the shipping and wouldn't you like to get as many credits as you can?
