i am so glad you listed this i have been wanting to learn how to do this for awhile i keep watching extreme coupon on tv but they dont show to much on how to really do it and i watch them get thousands of dollars in stuff for hundreds or even nothing

We gotten over $1800 of food, personal hygiene, and feminine products, and we only paid $325. That was back in January. We have not shopped for food since then. Now now, later this week, we will finally shop for more food. so $325 has lasted this family of 6 for over 3 months!

i go thru about 400$ a month for a family of 2 plus go to food bank when i can right now i am in a survey panel just to save up money for eyeglasses my son is nine and just got a teenagers appetite we also have a few mild food allergies and i have skin sensitivity so some things we get to accommodate are a little more expensive
