This is a beautiful Neiman Marcus, Frame and or Lapel Floral. This was made by the well known, Jay Strongwater.It has light green enamel and Crystals on gold tone. I've had this a long time. It's never been used. As you can see in the pictures, it can be used as a frame or you can clip it on your lapel. It measures approx. 2 1/4" diameter. The round glass measures approx. 1". This is a very nice piece in excellent condition . Thanks
