I have a beautiful 3.20mm REAL DIAMOND nose bone, if you like Bling, you'll love this!!! The bigger one is the one up for auction, I just wanted to put it next to a regular size one (it is a 1.5mm) so you could see how huge it is.The diamond alone was almost $200.00, then it cost $50.00 to have the nose bone custome made. Yes, it has been tested and it is a real diamond. I wanted to do a GIN but, I can't do those yet. Free shipping anywhere in US and exact amount of what it cost to Canada or INTL. I know it is of good quality metal but to be honest Iam not sure what Karot. I have very sensitive skin and if it is cheap I break out and never had any problems with this, hope this helps
