This will be shipped in a flat rate package, I can also do insured, receipt requested and/or tracking # for the additonal cost charged by the Post Office if the buyer requests.
The Flat Rate chosen is because of the size of the patch. I will negotiate a cheaper shipping rate if the bidder does not mind it either folded or rolled into a tube. But the Flat Rate box it fits is the $10.70
