Hello fellow listian,

The first book offer in this lot is.

Xmen 32 (1968) 3rd Juggernaut App Fine Condition.

Now that just a start. For this listing i will be added more books.

Im looking to earn my watcher badge so for every 10 watchers. Im adding another book to this lot.

Max of 10 extra comics will be added this way.

And for every 10 unique comments. Im going to add 1 book per 10.

Alot of members are putting up great comic book auction. Saw a secret wars 8 up and a walking dead auction that was pretty awesome. The more members that share there collection on listia. The more we can continue to see more great comic auction listed on listia. I do not mind parting with great books. I hope that i can inspire others to post more comic auction. There are alot of members that are doing this already and i would thank everyone that is doing this.

I have try to invite anyone that has comic auctions to advertise on my listing.

Believe it or not i believe that listia comic section.

And with hollywood making movies and comics being bought to everybody attention.

And shows like big bang theory. We are seeing first hand a new life for comics.

San diego comic con with a all star cast big names like nick cage and sam jackson collecting comics.

Comics collecting is not just (nerds geek anymore) it's for everybody.

And even if you do comics per say in you want to invest in buying.

Tell me one investment that has earn you 10 times the original value of what you pay.

This happen with comics book all the time.

Iron man 55 (1st thanos.) Before the avengers movie was a 40 dollar book.

After how about 400

'Walking dead 1 before the tv show was about 50 dollars.

Again market value about 800 to 1500 now.

So even buying stock, a cd, ira, or anything else will not making you these numbers.

Comics is a good investment nuff said!!!!!

For those who are wondering why i have mix of dc and marvel. I collect both. When i younger my first love was marvel. Batman detective comics was hard to read base on the vocabulary. As i became a avid reader and my reading level increased. I begin to really enjoy batman. So i found myself collecting both. And marvel starting to make some really stories. I was torn lol. Then some of the copper age stuff starting getting crazy. The energy beam era yuk. Superman red and blue what. Superman doesn't need to be shooting beam out of his eyes. And every character having these powers in some way or another. During this time i totally ran from both of these companies. Starting reading image. Got suck in to all those stories. Image started to release too many titles. So i jump ship. Starting reading early dc and marvel. Both have some of the best stories you will ever read in comics.

john byrne and chris claremont xmen wow just great stuff.
batman family john francis moore really great stuff.

So much of the silver age era is quality. This list goes on and on.

Rumor among dealers,

Expect peter parker to get his body back real soon. For a few reason one first this next event after ultron will lead into another event after. Expect a spawn crossover and spiderman team up event.

Mcfarlane will want to draw spiderman again. And doc ock is not the choice for that. And this give them a easy way to explain how peter parker get his body back.
And spiderman will be part of the new team to fight whatever comes after ultron.

Marvel i can do. With what already in the listing so you know there is over 350 in retail in items. Old avengers im holding real close because of market value increase. But i do have a few more books older xmen coming soon for this auction. And one more key book closer to the end.

Things i will miss that are disappearing quickly. The public library since google has become the place everyone look to for everything.

The library is a special place for me. It the one place is can visit with complete silenced and books to read to gain knowledge. When i was trying to find a way to go to college because i couldn't afford it. The library is where i found my information for grants. My so called financial aid advisor for college wanted me to take out student loans. And when i mention grants not ownly did he not speak of grants. But when i ask him he would change the subject. I didn't understand this when younger but i think i understand it a little better now. Knowledge is power and this is something if you want it will not be handed to you. You have to search for it. And have a personal desire to learn.

The one thing that worry me is library is a thing of the past. Reading books or having books will be consider taboo or look down upon.

Have you ever notice that if you work hard for something or do more to uptain it. It's worth more to you. And if something is easy to uptain you tend to value it less.

Just a thought to think about,
