how far along do you have to be for this to work? or is it just whenever ur babies heartbeat is detected?

with one of these you generally need to be later in your 2nd trimester or early 3rd to be able to really hear it...

I have one of these Bebe Sounds monitors, the bigger pack with Cds and stuff and in the box and on the instructions it says to use it in your 3rd trimester... The doctor can pick up a heart beat at 10-12 weeks with his but this is not as strong... I had this with my other two pregnancies as well and I did pick up a beat late in pregnancy so they are neat... Hope this goes well for you!

Ooooh. I wanted one of these with my daughter but we couldn't afford the extra expense. I just found out I am pregnant a few weeks ago, I had to have an emergancy ultrasound because I had pains in my side, but we where able to see the tiny little heat beating at only 5 1/2 weeks. But no sound, obviously. :) It just started beating. I am about 7 weeks now. This would be amazing to have. This would be my husbands first child, my third. :)

Oh well, I bought a huge victorian sticker lot a few mins before this ended, only had 1342 left, so I bid it all. :) My husband said he'll buy me one, they have them at CVS. :P
