The listing, VINTAGE NATIVE AMERICAN LEATHER BEADED NECKLACE has ended.

This is a Really Beautiful, Very Old,(approx.30 yrs. old), N.A. Leather Necklace. It is 18 in. long with a brass clasp at the end.The color of the leather is a bluish-green. All the Beads are Acrylic. The general color scheme is Aqua, Black, and Silver. Some of the Aqua beads have a slight yellow to them. This is due to age, and having it hanging on my wall for 30 + years. I'm not sure if the yellow can be removed. But over-all, this is a stunning necklace, and in excellent shape. The few times I have taken it off the wall, and worn it out, I have received many, many compliments. You can wear it, or put it in a case as a display item. I love this piece ! I'll have to get more auctions up if I want to have even a chance of getting it :) If any of you have facebook, feel free to send a friend request, I have nearly 200 photos uploaded that I took of our 10th annual Powwow just on the Canadian Border near northern NY State ! I'm sure all would enjoy the pics. Sorry I don't have any of the opening ceremony though, we were asked not to film that part.

sorry I didn't mean to imply that I'm Native ...only in distant heritage (my great grandfather was Mohawk). I was born and raised in a border town to the Awkesasne Reservation, and attended high school with many Natives, so the influence stuck with me. I am totally appreciative of having been so close. I still visit friends on "Da Rez" often, and as of late have taken an interest in helping a Native friend with the making of her Ribbon Dress, which I also have pictures of on my facebook profile. I especially love the smell during sweetgrass ceremonies.

didn't have very good luck with the last dream catcher I auctioned off. Only got 100 credits. My work is worth more than that. So doubt I'll put another out.
